Returns
Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange once this period has passed.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received
In their original packaging

Please note:
Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Sale items are final and are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges
