• We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return an Item:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at tideandiakshop@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

• Return instructions and the return address will be provided via email.

• Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

• Please note we do not offer direct exchanges.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival (Please include photos in the email).
