Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, customers will be notified via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.

Damaged or Lost Items

Tide & Oak is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to lodge a claim. Retain all original packaging and damaged items as they may be required for assessment.

International Shipping

We currently DO NOT offer international shipping.
